write place

I went to write place last friend with my friend, it is located in the 51 building, room number is 117, I went this place last semester for my paper, it is a good place to make our paper better. But we have to make a appointment before we want they to see our paper, there is no this kind of place in China university, I think it is very helpful in the university.

My Topic

My topic is  when to use an article- a, an, the, as a international student, i have a lot of problems on English. My native language is not English, so i am still confuse about how to use a, an, the.
