Travel to the South land

          Back in Tang Dinasty, a chinese King loves wooden products a lot.  He heard that there is a kind of precious wood in the Southern island. He decided to send a monk to find this kind of wood.  The king gave sevaral gifts to the monk before the monk leave, which are seal, wallet, and a nice pot.
          The next day, monk leaves for the Southern island.  It takes him 18 years to find this place. He finally found a village. There are many dancing people. They are also playing some wooden instruments. The monk notices the wooden instruments that they are playing. He thinks he find what he is looking for. The monk found the leader of this village, who turns out to be an African woman. The African women invite the monk to her white house with pink roof . African woman have him sitted on a flowered blanket and gave him a plate. The monk is confused by her moves. Then, the African woman told him that giving guests plates means welcoming and she also told him that the wood smells very nice that it helps people sleep well.
         In the end, monk pulls out a wallet and trades the wood with many coins. The African woman uses ruler to measure the length and width of a boat and makes a boat for the monk.  Before he leaves the island, the African woman gives monk a pot of seeds. After returning to his country, the monk plants the seed. The seeds became wood. The king is very  happy about the what the monk had done and donate a large fortune to build a temple for the monk.
